Our partnership with Shandong Bairun Food Co., Ltd. gives B&A access to an established agricultural and food-processing network in Anqiu, Shandong Province, China. Bairun specializes in ginger, shallots, granulated garlic, taro, and a broad range of fresh, frozen, and dehydrated fruits and vegetables.

With 15,000 square meters of facilities, including eight cold-storage facilities totaling 5,000 square meters and two processing workshops totaling 3,500 square meters, Bairun has an annual processing capacity of approximately 22,500 tons. The company also manages 1,200 acres of independent ginger-growing bases, including 500 acres dedicated to organic ginger, supporting an integrated approach from cultivation and processing to cold storage and international trade.
